Smokin' Dave was born in L.A. (not lower Alabama, but Los Angeles). Dave discovered the joys of creating unique dishes in his nana and papa Leven's kitchen. Papa and nana gave Dave the love and dedication required to be the best at his craft. Since 1990, he has been owner/chef at several restaurants from Estes Park to Lyons, and now to Longmont. Smokin' Dave's has the freshest ingredients and the finest quality slow-smoked (in-house) meats. Thank you for coming and enjoy!
