Welcome to Portales! The Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce is located in beautiful downtown Portales, NM, and is actively involved in partnership with its members, promoting the growth and wellbeing of the community. Among those partners is Eastern NM University & Cannon Air Force Base 27th Special Operations Wing. Among the attractions in the area are the Blackwater Draw Museum, Blackwater Site National Historical Landmark and Oasis State Park.
