Linda Carlson Shaw is a National Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner & Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. Linda is licensed to practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Arizona and Colorado. She is able to prescribe medication and see clients (18 and older) for individual, marital and family therapy. Linda's entire career has been spent in the field of mental health. She has over 45 years of clinical experience working with clients in private practice and non-profit settings.

To make an appointment, to discuss treatment and fees for care, please call my office at 970-456-6354. I do not have an answering service, as I answer all my own phone calls. If I am with a client, then my voice message will ask you to leave your name, phone number and a brief message as to why you have called. In most instances, I will call you by the end of the day, if not sooner.
